Ingredients :
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 pack broccoli sprouts
- 1 tbsp *olive oil
- 1-2 tsp *balsamic vineger
- 1-2 tsp *lemon juice
- 1 pinch rock salt and pepper
Method :
- Slice the carrot with a slicer and put into a bowl.
- Slice and peel the avocado into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
- Cut off the seed part of the broccoli sprouts and add to the bowl.
- Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice and mix well. Marinate in the fridge for about half an hour, then it"s ready to eat!
