- handful bengal gram
- 2 medium size tomatoes
- 200 grams spring onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (2 teaspoon for spicy)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Vegetable oil
- Put oil in pan and add bengal gram to it.
- Add two medium size tomatoes in pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and 1 teaspoon red chili powder. Cook this for 5-10 minutes.
- Now add the chopped spring onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat
