Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lb stew meat
- 1/2 head cabbage chopped
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 carrots chopped
- 1 bag frozen green beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 3 potatoes peeled & chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- to taste salt & pepper
- 2 sticks celery sliced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- cloves garlic
Method :
- In a deep pot add olive oil & stew meat & cook meat until browned. Then add beef broth & let boil for 10 mins.
- Add veggies & can of diced tomatoes (don"t drain) stir & cover. Cook for an hour & a half or until all veggies are tender.
- Serve with crackers (optional) & enjoy
