Ingredients :
- 2 avocados
- 1 large diced tomato
- 2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
- garlic salt
- salt, sea salt preferable
- black pepper, fresh ground preferable
Method :
- Slice avocados in half length-wise and remove pits.
- Spoon flesh out of rind onto cutting board.
- Use potato masher to completely mash avocados.
- Add avocado to mixing bowl.
- Dice tomato, add to avocado.
- Add lemon juice and stir well.
- Add garlic salt, sea salt and ground pepper to taste, mix well.
