Ingredients :
- 2 1/4 c quick oats
- 1 1/4 c spelt flour
- 3/4 c chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 c sunflower seeds
- 3/4 c pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 c shredded coconut
- 1/4 c flax seeds
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 3/4 c raisins
- 1/4 c water
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/3 c canola oil
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until combined. Let sit 5 minutes.
- Portion out in heaping tablespoonfuls and place on lined baking tray. Flatten before baking. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or untl lightly browned.
