Ingredients :
- 3 cans tuna, drained
- 3 eggs
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Old Bay (Optional)
- to taste Garlic Powder
- to taste Minced Onion
- 1/4 cup Oil For Frying
Method :
- Heat oil in frying pan to med high
- Whisk eggs together in a bowl
- Open cans of tuna & drain well
- Mix eggs and tuna together well, adding seasonings to taste
- Using your hands, scoop out some of the tuna/egg mixture & form into a ball (it will be a little juicy)
- Place ball in pan and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side
- When its done it will be crispy looking on the outside and resemble a salmon patty
