Ingredients :
- 12-14 Thick Asparagus spears
- Olive Oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- 6 slices Prosciutto
Method :
- Set rack 5-6 inches from top of oven. Set your Oven on low broil. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
- Cut the stalks of the asparagus (Bottom)
- Line the asparagus on the baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle olive oil, sea salt, and pepper over the spears.
- With your hands rub the asaragus together to get the oil and seasoning all over them. Move the asparagus to a large plate.
- Taking the Prosciutto and starting from the base of the tip wrap the prosciutto in a downward spiral towards the cut base.
- Line the asparagus side by side on the baking sheet not letting them touch.
- Place the asparagus in the oven for 3-5 min. Remove asparagus flip onto the other side and broil for another 3-5min until proscruitto is cripy.
- Remove and they are ready to serve!
