Ingredients :

  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆potatoes ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 5 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆beef◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 2-1/2 pounds beef pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆green beans◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 1 pound whole green beans
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method :
  1. Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit
  2. Microwave the sweet potatoes till done it varies by size so check each one
  3. Cut beef into manageable bite sized pieces put into a pan add spices, except salt, add celery salt, and cook with a stick of butter
  4. When the beef is mostly browned add the flour
  5. Stir in let the raw flour get cooked and coated well on beef.
  6. It will start sticking on bottom its just about done
  7. Add water stirring constantly
  8. It will thicken into a very rich gravy
  9. Add gravy mixture to an oven safe dish
  10. Cook the green beans with 1/2 stick butter. Cook till tender and caramelized. Then chop up into manageable bite sized pieces.
  11. Put green beans on top of beef gravy mixture
  12. Add cheese to top of beans
  13. Take the potatoes out their jackets/skins
  14. Mash the potatoes and add half a teaspoon salt
  15. Add to top of cheese
  16. Spread with a fork, bake in oven 30 minutes.
  17. Let sit 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy! ?
