
Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breast
- 1/3 cup diced ginger
- 2 tbsp Chinese five spice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Method :
- Chop chicken into chunks and put in bag
- Add ginger, five spice and olive oil to bag and let sit in refrigerator
- Add corn starch and cover chunks
- Heat 1/2 oil in wok and throw in chunks in batches about 2 mins a side
- Drain off oil return cooked chunks to wok on high heat
- Add soy to wok and cover chunks stir constantly then add ketchup
- Add stock slowly and turn heat down
- Pour over rice
