Ingredients :
- 1 head Cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 8 oz Container chive & onion cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter, optional
- 2 Finely sliced green onions, divided
Method :
- Cook cauliflower in boiling water 8-10 mins until tender - can cook ahead
- Drain cauliflower. Place cauliflower in blender, blend until smooth.
- Add blended cauliflower to cream cheese in pan, heat over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in half of green onions and butter. Sprinkle remaking green onions on top.
