Ingredients :
- 2 Punnet cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
- 1 Baby cos lettuce, roughly chopped
- 1 medium Spanish onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large handful pitted kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup Semi sundried tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 200 grams Danish feta, cubed or crumbled
- 2 tbsp Fresh chopped oregano
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive oil (optional)
- 1 Cracked black pepper and sea salt to taste
Method :
- Basically just throw ingredients into a large bowl as you run down (go through) the recipe, fold together and serve. It doesn"t get much better than this- enjoy!
