Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 packages bacon
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 dash soy sauce
- 1 packages sharp cheddar cheese slices
- 1 packages Swiss cheese slices
- 1 packages potato hamburger buns
Method :
- First Chop up the bacon nice and small. Add this into the ground beef with all the ingredients
- Mix the ground beef and form into patties
- Put a pan over high heat. I put a little canola oil in the pan to get a nice crust on the burgers.
- Sear the burgers for about 5 minutes per side to get that crustification on both sides.
- Cut the heat and top with our cheeses. Cover the pan and let the cheese get nice and melty. We topped ours with onion and ketchup
- Put whatever toppings you like on this cheese burger. The patties will be bursting with flavor.
