Ingredients :
- meat
- 1 3/4 lb ground meat
- 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- lettuce
- 3 cup butter lettuce chopped
- 3 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
- 3 cup red leaf lettuce chopped
- 3 cup romaine lettuce chopped
- veggies
- 2 small radishes sliced
- 1 medium carrot sliced
- 1/2 cup red cabbage chopped
- tomatoes
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- cheese
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- topping
- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 cup green sliced olives
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Method :
- To a hot skillet add meat and dehydrated onions. When brown drain meat, return to heat add salt and garlic. Let cool.
- Mix the lettuce, tomatoes, veggies, and meat mix.
- Cube the avocado, add. Add olives, cheese, and pepperoncini.
