Ingredients :
- About 30 to 40 Roma tomatoes
Method :
- Cut the stems off, and halve the tomatoes.
- Place into a pot. Add about a cup of water. Cook on medium heat for about thirty minutes. You"ll notice the water is removed from the tomatoes.
- Strain.
- Blend.
- This is a tomato sauce you can use in a hurry.
- I strain mine. Use a metal sieve and spoon. (See the skin and seeds removed)
- Store: Freeze it. Can it. Use it.
