Ingredients :
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 . 16 oz carton sour cream
- 3 . green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb ground chuck
- 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worstershire sauce
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (10 oz) package egg noidles
Method :
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream and green onions. Mix well. Set aside
- Brown ground beed. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and worstershire.
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Mine said 7 to 9 minutes. I cooked for 7 munutes.
- In greased casserole, alternate layers in the following order
- Half of the noodles
- Then half of the ground beef mixture. Then half of the sour cream mixture
- Repeat layers and top with cheddar cheese
- Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut, serve and enjoy!
