Ingredients :
- 1 kg boneless chicken
- 3 tbsp cornflour
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp green chilli paste
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- salt
- 1 tsp ajinomoto (chinese salt)
- oil for frying
Method :
- Wash and clean the chicken.
- After that in a bowl mix all the marinate ingredients well enough so that no lumps are formed of cornflour or all purpose flour.
- Add chicken. Keep aside for at least 1 hour or overnight would be even better.
- Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry until golden brown.Serve with fries and tomato sauce.
