Recipe Artisan bread

Ingredients :

  • 3 c lukewarm water
  • 1 1/2 T active dry yeast
  • 1 T salt
  • 6 1/2 c AP flour

Method :
  1. Mix all ingredients and let rise covered for 2 hours.
  2. Divide in 3 and place on floured parchment. Let rise 40 min.
  3. Slice tops and slide onto baking pan. Bake at 450°F for 30-35 min
