Ingredients :
- 2 lb Mussels
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 1 lb chorizo, chopped
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cup dry white wine
Method :
- Heat skillet and brown chorizo, remove from pan and sauté garlic and shallots.
- Add white wine and cook to burn off alcohol
- Add Mussels, cover and steam until cooked.
- Pour in serving dish, add chorizo and parsley. Serve with toasted baguette.
