
Ingredients :
- 500 grams Chicken thigh
- 1 cup Soy sauce
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 4 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
Method :
- Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for at least an hour. The longer the better. Pan fry or grill on the BBQ until cooked through and serve. A Hawaiian dish that originated from Japan I believe. Very tasty- like a hibachi chicken. Enjoy!
