Ingredients :
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 2 salted Fish fillets
- 4 eggs, beaten
- to taste all-purpose seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- to taste freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Method :
- Add the fish to cold water overnight. Change the water 1-2 times.
- Shred the fillets into small pieces using your fingers.
- In a pan or wok, heat the olive oil.
- Add the onion, chilli and garlic and fry for about 3-5 minutes over a low-medium heat or until the onion has softened.
- Add the fish and fry for a further 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add the parsley and the eggs.
- Add in the seasoning and black pepper. Stir regularly. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
