Ingredients :
- 2 lb 70/30 meat. I use deer but you can use any mix you would like
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Method :
- Mix all ingredients well in a mixer or by hand
- Roll into balls or use an ice cream scoop like I do.
- Spread them out on an ungreased pan and bake on 375 for 25 minutes
- Add them to your sauce on the stove. The longer you cook them in the sauce the better they will be. Sauce should be on low heat. I try to get mine in the sauce for at least 2 hours on low low heat covered.
