Ingredients :
- 500 gr pork baby back ribs
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped oregano
- 0.5 tbsp freshly chopped thyme
- 0.5 tbsp freshly chopped basil
- salt and pepper
Method :
- Mix together all the herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper
- Marinade the ribs with the mixed sauce
- Leave ribs refrigerated for at least 2 hours covered
- Preheat grilling pan on medium heat. Lower tge heat and grill the ribs for 10 minutes each side
- Serve with salad and chips
