Ingredients :
- 2 c. uncooked white rice
- 2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp lemongrass
- 5 dried bay leaf
- 1 c. Diced tofu or veggy meat
- 1 c. diced potato or any squash
- 1 c. diced carrots
Method :
- Wash rice, pot in rice cooker, add all ingredients, stir or mix well.
- Put in rice cooker on soft setting. Wait until rice cooker beeps in 30 min. Done.
- Depending on your rice cooker, adjust water.. rice should be firm on the dry side.
