Ingredients :
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 60 ml white wine vinegar
- 180 ml extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- fresh parsley, finely chopped
Method :
- Simply pour all the ingredients into a jar and shake to combine!
- Let stand in the fridge overnight before first use. Keep refrigerated. Makes around 250mls / 1 cup. Servings is in tablespoons
