Ingredients :
- 15 chicken drumsticks (small ones)
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp vineger
- 1 Tbsp chopped dried rosemarry
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup apple juice
Method :
- Poke each chicken with a folk to help marinate the chicken well with the sauce. Peel and slice the garlic cloves.
- Put the chicken into a plastic food bag with all other ingredients. Knead the bag by hand. Seal and leave for one night in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F. Cover a baking tray with oven paper. Pour the contents of the bag into the tray. Cook for about half an hour, but 5 min before finishing, turn each chicken upside down to give them a nice crispy-brown colour.
