Ingredients :
- 1000 grams all purpose flour
- 4 tbs tapioca flour
- 6 eggs
- 50 grams spinach
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 300 ml water
Method :
- Blend spinach (you can exchange it with carrot, etc) with water until it becomes a puree, then strained. Set aside
- Beat 6 eggs, then mix it with spinach puree.. Set aside
- Mix all purpose flour, tapioca floor, sea salt and put in a large bowl
- Mix the dry mixture with the wet one. Pour the spinach puree into mixture of flour. Make it into a non sticky dough
- Roll it in pasta maker... Dust it again with all purpose flour if needed (if sticky)
- It is still raw, if you want to cook it. Boil water in a pan,and put your noodle in 1-2 minutes. Then strain. You can cook your noodle into your fave dishes..
