Ingredients :
- 1 bag fresh/frozen spinach
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Pinch cayenne
- to taste Salt & pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
Method :
- Melt butter in sauce pan, add cayenne pepper
- Once melted add spinach and artichoke hearts
- Once spinach/artichoke is simmering, mix in cream cheese (heat should be on low/med)
- Mix in 1/2 cup of parmesan (set aside other half for topping)
- Mix in mozzarella cheese and salt & pepper
- Put mixture into a baking dish, top with rest of parmesan.
- Bake at 350°F, covered, for 35 min!
- Serve with bagel chips, bread slices, or tortilla chips
