Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 chicken thighs or legs
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients together except the chicken in a small container
- Once mixed add the chicken and marinate for 1 hour, preferably over night to get all the flavours.
- Place the chicken with the marinade in a pot and boil for 45-50 mi ute or until cooked.
- Serve with rice and salad :)
