Recipe Garlic Fried Halloumi Chilli

Resep Garlic Fried Halloumi Chilli

Ingredients :

  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tsp chilli oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 dried chilli
  • 1 block Halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice

Method :
  1. Heat the olive oil and chill oil together.
  2. Add the cheese, garlic, lemon juice and dried chilli.
  3. Add the chopped parsley about a minute to a minute in half after adding the cheese.
  4. Fry for 4-5 minutes on a medium heat until the cheese is crispy on the outside and slightly browned on the surface.
  5. Serve with warm crusty bread.
