
Ingredients :
- 500 ml canned salmon (1 pint)
- 250 ml soft bread crumbs ( 1 cup)
- 2 eggs beaten
- 7 ml finely chopped onion ( 1 full teaspoon)
- 250 ml milk (1 cup)
- 5 ml lemon juice (1/2 tsp.)
- 2 ml salt (1/4 tsp.)
- f.g. pepper
Method :
- Remove the skin from the fish if desired; crush the soft bones and mix with the oil and flaked salmon.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place in a greased loaf tin and dot with butter. Bake at 180°C/350°F until firm and brown, about 45 minutes.
