
Ingredients :
- 2 lb turnips, chopped
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 2 med dill pickles, chopped
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 T white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Method :
- In a large pot, boil water. Add turnips and cook 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Allow to cool 5 minutes or run under cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and serve.
