Ingredients :
- 3/4 head Napa cabbage
- 1 small head of red cabbage
- 1 small red onion
- 1 small Jalapeno
- dressing
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp spicy mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 pinch black pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 dash worcestershire sauce
- 2 clove garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp white sugar
Method :
- Combine all the dressing ingredients, taste to see if it fits your palate.. you can add more spicy or dijon mustard to give it a kick
- Cut up all the produce. With the cabbage. . I soak it or had running cold water over it to flush all the dirt and debris out of it
- Combine all the produce in a huge bowl. Mix it together so not only one thing is getting smothered in that wonderful dressing. Cabbage will absorb all of that liquid. (Maybe make extra, in case)
- Toss together well, and cover with plastic wrap. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 before serving.
- Taste before you do incase you need more dressing. Always taste!
- And víola! You will awww the crowd! Enjoy!
