
Ingredients :
- 3 flounder fillets
- 1 lemon
- dash coconut
- tbsp garlic salt
- dash cilantro
- 2 cup rice
- medium salad of your choice
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350℉, and start the rice. Lay fillets on a baking pan, with lightly greased aluminum foil.
- Put oil on tops of fish, add seasonings but lemon and coconut last.
- Bake fish for 15-20 minutes. While it"s cooling make salad. Serve and enjoy😊
