Recipe Chocolate and ginger cake

Resep Chocolate and ginger cake

Ingredients :

  • 110 gr brown sugar
  • 100 gr flour
  • 30 gr cocoa
  • 110 gr butter (soft)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 heaped tsp. baking powder
  • 4 cubes crystalised ginger
  • 100 gr pure chocolate
  • 1 handful pine nuts

Method :
  1. Get the ingredients together and beat the eggs. Pre heat the oven to 180º
  2. Put the sugar and butter in the mixer and make a cream
  3. Add the egg
  4. And flour, cocoa, baking powder (little bit of egg, little bit of flour mixture until both are used up)
  5. Finally add the pine nuts
  6. Mix well
  7. And put into a greased (butter or oil) baking tin. I"m using silicon these days.
  8. Put in the oven (remember 180º) for 40 minutes
  9. Take out and put on the rack to cool
  10. Turn over
  11. Cut a few ginger cubes into small pieces.
  12. Cut the chocolate into cubes and put them in a small pan with the ginger pieces over a larger pan with lots of water. Heat gently so the chocolate melts and the ginger penetrates.
  13. Stir
  14. Pour the chocolate ginger mixture over the cake, spread and
  15. Cut
  16. Serve, and enjoy. It won"t make the pain go away. But it will taste nice in a comforting way.
