Ingredients :
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 package vanilla sugar (10g)
- 300 g Flour
- 1 package baking soda (15-20g)
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 ml Oil
- 300 ml Water (with fizz)
Method :
- Preheat oven to 175° Celcius
- Combine the dry ingredients. Add oil and water and whisk until you get a smooth dough.
- The dough is enough for 12 cupcakes or 12 cupcakes and a small cake
- Bake for around 15 minutes. Of course a cake takes longer.
