Recipe Vegan chocolate dough

Ingredients :

  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 package vanilla sugar (10g)
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 package baking soda (15-20g)
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 300 ml Water (with fizz)

Method :
  1. Preheat oven to 175° Celcius
  2. Combine the dry ingredients. Add oil and water and whisk until you get a smooth dough.
  3. The dough is enough for 12 cupcakes or 12 cupcakes and a small cake
  4. Bake for around 15 minutes. Of course a cake takes longer.
