Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced mushrooms (if desired)
Method :
- Brown ground beef, drain. Add onions and cook untilonions are translucent
- Combine meat, onions, flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir for 3-5 min, then add broth.
- Simmer broth for 5-10 min or until liquid is reduced by half
- Add Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar, stir.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms (if desired) and cook 5 minutes.
- Add sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve over egg noodles.
