Ingredients :
- 1 large can of Ortega chile's
- 1 cup 1/2 &1/2
- 4 pounds shredded jack and cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 lrg eggs
- 1 med size can of tomato sauce
Method :
- Mix together 1/2 & 1/2, eggs, and flour.
- Using 2. 8x8 pans, layer chile"s, cheese, and egg mixture twice ending with cheese. Top with tomato sauce
