Ingredients :
- 100 grams Panela/Piloncillo/jaggery/unrefined whole cane sugar
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 250 ml water
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- black pepper
- 1 lemon
Method :
- Grate the "panela"and add it to hot water until its dissolved.
- When it"s totally disolved, add lemmon juice and white vinegar until boiling
- Disolve cornstarch in a bit of water and add it to the boiling ingredients., and constantly stir it
- Add the ketchup, tabasco sauce, salt and black pepper
- It"s done
