Ingredients :
- 650 ml full fat coconut milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 50 grams Stork margarine - the gold foil wrapped block
- 6 whole black peppercorns
- 6 cloves ( the spice)
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 100 grams gluten-free breadcrumbs
- pinch ground nutmeg
- salt & pepper
Method :
- Put the milk, margarine, onion, cloves, peppercorns, thyme and bay leaf in a small saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes
- Strain but reserve the liquid and get rid of the strained solids
- Put the liquid back in the pan and stir in the breadcrumbs, simmering for 5 minutes
- Season to taste and serve with roast turkey, chicken, pork or beef
