Ingredients :
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Method :
- Slowly pour in olive oil, while whisking.
- Whisk in lemon juice.
- Pour mixture into a sealable jar, and shake until emulsified.
- Enjoy in a mixed green salad, pasta salad, bean salad, or any other dish of your choice.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
