Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

Method :
  1. Slowly pour in olive oil, while whisking.
  2. Whisk in lemon juice.
  3. Pour mixture into a sealable jar, and shake until emulsified.
  4. Enjoy in a mixed green salad, pasta salad, bean salad, or any other dish of your choice.
  5. Refrigerate any leftovers.
