Recipe Vegan Chili

Resep Vegan Chili

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 medium yellow onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz. vegan chorizo
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes
  • 28 oz canned kidney beans

Method :
  1. Dice onion, and slice bell pepper.
  2. Warm olive oil in a medium-large soup pot. Add onion and bell pepper and sweat until translucent.
  3. Remove chorizo from casing, and crumble it into the pot.
  4. Slice up the mushrooms and add them to the pot.
  5. Dump in your tomatoes. Make sure to break them up with a spatula or a wooden spoon if they"re not already crushed.
  6. Rinse the kidney beans and stir them into the pot.
