Recipe Rotini and Cheese (Lactose intollerant friendly)

Resep Rotini and Cheese (Lactose intollerant friendly)

Ingredients :

  • Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Habanero powder
  • 2 cups Daiya cheddar cheese shreds (vegan)
  • 2 tsp Earth balance Extra virgin olive oil blend butter
  • 1 box Melissa's Organic Tofu
  • Small handfull of Basil
  • 50 oz Organic Vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp Real Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Jalapeno powder
  • 1 box Organic Rotini

Method :
  1. Bring water to a boil. Boil Rotini for 8 minutes until al dente. Remove from heat, and drain. Set aside
  2. In separate pan, add tofu. Scramble until lightly browned and moisture is cooked out. Set aside.
  3. In bigger pan, heat vegetable stock, earth balance butter, basil, daiya cheese, jalapeno, habanero, real lemon, and garlic and tofu until boiling. Then add Rotini
  4. Let set for a few minutes. then enjoy.
