
Ingredients :
- 500 g plain flour
- 200 g icing sugar
- 200 g butter
- 2 eggs
Method :
- Sieve together the icing sugar and the flour
- Dice the butter into small cubes
- Rub the butter into the flour and sugar
- Add the eggs and work to a smooth pastry
- Cover and chill for atleast 20 minutes in the fridge
