Ingredients :
- 4 (6 - 8 ounce) mahi mahi fillets
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons basil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Method :
- Combine butter and other ingredients in pan. Melt butter then cover to keep warm
- Fry fish 3 min on each side.
