Ingredients :
- 6 cup red potatoes, diced
- 5 cup water
- 2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- season salt
- garlic powder
- dash hot sauce
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 1 lb bacon- chopped, cooked and drained
- 8 oz shredded Velveta
- flour or cornstarch - to thicken
Method :
- Combine all ingredients except milk, cheese, bacon, hot sauce, season salt and garlic powder in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 7-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted and heated through. If it needs thickened you can use flour/ cornstarch and water mixture to do so.
