Ingredients :
- 500 g cooked chicken
- 2 bags rice
- 2 jars tikka sauce
- seasoning
Method :
- Fry off chicken with liquid seasonings such as maggi liquid season or a stock
- Blend or add directly to pan the 2 jars of tikka sauce
- Mix sauce into chicken and liquid season well to fully blend
- Add dry seasonings
- Cover and simmer for 2 hours or longer on low heat
- Heat rice as instructed
- Serve on a large plate and eat hot
- I recommended having a garlic bread to dip
