Ingredients :
- 500 grams rump or other quick fry steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp english mustard (ready made)
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 300 ml creme fraiche
Method :
- Cut steak into strips
- Heat oil in frying pan or wok
- Add steak and stir fry
- Add mustards and worcestershire sauce, stir, add honey stir again.
- Add creme fraiche, stir until mixed.
- Serve over pilaf or boiled rice or mashed potato and vegetable of choice
- If sauce splits add 2 teaspoons cornflour to two tablespoons water, add to sauce and bring to boil, stirring constantly
- Can be made using strips of pork fillet or chicken.
