
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup veg. shortening
Method :
- Cream the shortening and oil together until creamy.
- Mix in flour, combine until creamy.
- Spoon into a clean jar with lid for storage.
- When baking, use a pastry brush to paint a thin layer of pan coating onto pans. pour in batter as usual and bake. Baked goods will release easily from pans after baking. Wash up will also be easy.
- I have kept this in refrigerator for many months, but it mostly runs out in a month or so and I have to make more!
