Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 salmon fillet
- honey mustard
- Sriracha
- sesame oil
Method :
- Mix olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together.
- Marinate salmon in mixture for 20-30 minutes.
- Cook salmon on cast iron skillet on low heat for 4-6 minutes each side. Cover skillet with lid if center of salmon remains uncooked.
