Ingredients :
- 3/4 cup Quinoa, any kind
- 8 Grape tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 Avocado, diced
- 1 tsp Light olive oil
- 2 tsp Lime juice, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt, or to taste
Method :
- Mix all ingredients on a bowl.
- Serve cold (or warm of preferred)
- Feel free to add spices of your choosing to the dish
